How do I download my Quest Diagnostics report for upload?

Summary: Download the PDF of your result from MyQuest. The report Quest publishes for a single blood draw is the format the VOLO™ App can read.

Steps:

1. Sign in to the MyQuest app or myquest.questdiagnostics.com.
2. Go to Results and open the result for the blood draw you'd like to upload.
3. Choose the option to download the PDF of that result.
4. Save the PDF to your phone or computer.
5. Upload the PDF in the VOLO™ App — see How do I upload my lab results to the VOLO™ App?.

Notes & caveats: If you're offered a choice of report views, pick the one showing results only — views that add graphs or past results can include more than one collection date, which the VOLO™ App can't process.
