Summary: The VOLO™ App checks each upload automatically. Here's what each message means and how to fix it.
- "We found more than one blood collection date in this document" — the file combines results from several blood draws, which is common with lab-history or cumulative reports. Download the report for a single draw, and upload each draw separately.
- "This document doesn't appear to be a laboratory blood test report" — upload the official PDF report published by your lab, not a summary (such as the Function Health Summary Report), a screenshot, or an export from another app.
- "This blood test appears to be from a laboratory outside the United States" — we can currently only process results from U.S. laboratories.
- "This document isn't in English" — upload an English version of your report.
- "The date of birth on your uploaded lab result differs from the one in your profile" — if it's the correct file you can still proceed, but the data will be used in your Health Scores and can't be removed afterwards. You can update your profile date of birth before continuing.
- "We couldn't process this file" — upload a clear PDF of your blood test report that contains your name, date of birth and test results.
- Your lab isn't supported yet — we accept reports from labs on our supported list. If your lab isn't on it, contact support@volohealth.com with your lab's name. We can review it and add it, and once it's added you can upload again.
