Summary: Upload the official lab report PDF for a single blood draw from the Health tab in the VOLO™ App.
Steps:
- Download the official lab report PDF from your lab's patient portal. Step-by-step guides for each lab are listed below.
- In the VOLO™ App, tap the Health tab at the bottom of the screen, then Upload Lab Results.
- Tap Browse file to upload and choose your PDF.
- Follow the prompts to finish your upload.
What your file needs:
- The official report published by your lab — not a screenshot, a summary, or a "lab history" report
- Results from a single blood collection date. If you have results from more than one draw, upload each report as its own file
- Your name, date of birth and test results, with the date of birth matching your VOLO™ profile
- A U.S. laboratory, with the report in English
Notes & caveats: Each upload counts toward your upload limit, and results can't be removed once uploaded, so it's worth checking the file before you upload. If the date of birth on your report differs from your profile, you can update your profile first.
