How do I download my DLS report for upload? – VOLO App

Summary: Download your Diagnostic Laboratory Services (DLS) lab report for a single blood draw from myDLSchart.

Steps:

Sign in to the myDLSchart app, or Patient Results Online at dls.luminatehealth.com.
Open the lab report for the blood draw you'd like to upload.
Download it as a PDF. If the report only opens on screen, use your device's Print option and choose Save as PDF.
