Summary: When you're accepted into the Eudēmonia study, you'll get an acceptance email with your next steps, and a study card appears on your VOLO™ App Home screen.
Check for the study card
- Sign in to the VOLO™ App with the email address you registered with for the study.
- On the Home screen, scroll down to the Eudēmonia x VOLO™ Health Observational Study card.
- Tap View details to see the study's phases and key dates.
If you see the card, you're enrolled. Your spot is secured once you finish your setup steps. See What do I need to do to complete my Eudēmonia study setup?
If you don't see the card
- Close the VOLO™ App completely, then open it again. The app refreshes your account details when it opens.
- Check which email address you signed in with. The study is linked to the email address you registered with. If you sign in with Google or Apple, the email on that Google or Apple account is the one that counts.
- If you chose Hide My Email when you first signed in with Apple, your VOLO™ App account uses a different address from your study email. Contact us and we'll help.
- If you already had a VOLO™ App account under a different email address, you may now have two accounts. Contact us and we'll help.
