Summary: Yes. A blood test from your own doctor counts toward the study if it was drawn in the past year by a lab we accept.
- Download the official lab report PDF from the lab that ran your test, usually through the lab's patient portal. Summaries, screenshots and lab history reports can't be read. Our guides in Uploading Lab Results show how to do this for LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, BioReference, DLS and Function Health.
- In the VOLO™ App, tap Health at the bottom of the screen, then Upload Lab Results.
- Tap Browse file to upload, choose your PDF and follow the prompts. For full details, see How do I upload my lab results to the VOLO™ App?
Upload your blood test by November 5, 2026 so it can be used as your study baseline.
No recent blood test? Order one in the app: tap Health → Purchase Lab Test. Your study acceptance email also includes a discount on testing.
If your upload was rejected: the message on screen explains why. See Why was my lab upload rejected? for what each message means, including what to do if your lab isn't accepted yet.
If the app says you've reached your upload limit: contact us using the steps below.
Still stuck? In the VOLO™ App, open the menu (☰) → Help & Support → Customer Service → Submit a request, and attach a screenshot of what you're seeing. Can't sign in to the app? Email support@volohealth.com.
