Summary: Complete five setup steps in the VOLO™ App before the Eudēmonia Summit. Your spot in the study isn't guaranteed until they're done.
- Download the VOLO™ App from the App Store or Google Play.
-
Set up your account. Sign in with the email address you registered with for the study.
- Tap Google if your Google account uses the same email address. Don't use Apple: it can sign you in with a private Apple address instead of your email, which creates a separate account that isn't enrolled in the study.
- Or tap Email and use the temporary password we sent you from info@volohealth.com (check your spam folder). You'll then be asked to set a new password.
- Already use the VOLO™ App with that email? Sign in as usual, and look for the Eudēmonia x VOLO™ Health Observational Study card on your Home screen.
- Add a blood test by November 5, 2026. Upload a blood test PDF from the past year, from a lab we accept: tap Health at the bottom of the screen, then Upload Lab Results. No recent test? Tap Health → Purchase Lab Test to order one.
- Connect your wearable. Open the menu (☰) → Settings → Manage Devices and tap your device. Keep it connected for the whole study. Using an Ultrahuman Ring? Make sure the Ultrahuman app is sharing data with Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android), then connect Apple Health or Health Connect in Manage Devices.
- Complete your additional vitals. Tap Health → Update Vitals Questionnaire and add any measurements you have. Missing a few? Stop by the VOLO Health booth at the Summit and we'll help you collect them.
After the Summit
Your own before-and-after results are expected on May 9, 2027, and the overall study results in late summer 2027. Keep an eye on the VOLO™ App for study updates and next steps.

Still stuck? In the VOLO™ App, open the menu (☰) → Help & Support → Customer Service → Submit a request, and attach a screenshot of what you're seeing. Can't sign in to the app? Email support@volohealth.com.
